A decade ago, we were approached by a customer seeking to enhance the yield rate and throughput of their ablative production line. Following months of intensive experimentation, we engineered the Mark I injection machine for highly thixotropic ablatives. This process, akin to plastic mold injection, utilizes specialized techniques to preserve carbon fiber fill in suspension during the injection cycle. Later, we introduced the Mark II machine, enabling shots exceeding 65 lbs. while obviating complexity and geometry constraints of the Mark I. We have since supplied thousands of injection-molded assemblies, considerably streamlining design workload for our valued customers.
